Cancellation Policy:
All payments for membership and membership renewal are considered final. However, we can refund meeting registration fees in the event that you are not able to attend part or all of the meeting. Credit card payments made using PayPal can be refunded directly to your card. However, credit card payments processed via the ClubExpress (our web host provider) built-in default credit card processing system cannot be refunded directly to the customer's credit card as mandated by their policy. In this case, refunds will be issued by the CSH treasurer in the form of a check. Please note that refunds for meeting registration fees are granted by request only and are not automatic.
