CSH Meeting Postponed

The CSH board decided to postpone the CSH meeting (April 4th & 5th at the Fort Collins Marriott) prior to governor, Jared Polis’ announcement of a statewide stay-at-home order. We do not have specific dates yet for the meeting as the situation with COVID-19 keeps changing rapidly and the duration of the crisis is uncertain. However, at this time we think the new dates for the meeting will likely be this fall, sometime between late August and November. The lineup of speakers and presentation times will likely change, so we will be canceling registrations for those who have already registered and ask that you register again once the new meeting dates have been posted sometime this summer.

Those who have registered for the meeting will receive a separate cancelation/postponement email in addition to this notice, which will be sent the weekend of March 28th & 29th.

For those who have already paid for registration, you will receive a credit for the amount you have paid. We hope that you will be able to leave the credit in place so that you can apply it directly to meeting registration this fall. However, we realize this may be a hardship for some people and CSH will provide refunds upon request.

We are unable to reverse credit card payments made using the built-in credit card processing system on the CSH website, so a refund would have to be issued in the form of a check. However, credit card payments that were made using PayPal can be reversed.

For those who made credit card payments, information for obtaining a refund will be provided in the cancelation/postponement email that will be sent to all registrants the weekend of March 28th & 29th.

Once the information has been provided and verified against registration records I will work with CSH treasurer, Phil Faulkner to get refund checks issued to those in need. However, I once again ask that if you are able to leave the current credit in place and apply it directly to meeting registration this fall please do so. Stay home, stay well and thank you for your patience and understanding.
