Vendor Registration for 2019 CSH Meeting
Welcome vendors!
The Colorado Society of Histotechnology (CSH) will be hosting the CSH Spring Symposium at the Double Tree Hotel in Aurora, Colorado. This year the society will be having a two-day meeting on April 26th and 27th, 2019. We would like to invite you and your company to exhibit your services and/or products at the meeting. Members like to compare Pathology products, systems and services from the leading companies. We would like to meet you and help you support your market, create new contacts, and assist you in introducing your technologies, equipment, and materials to our market. This will help us make better selections for our Laboratories.
Terms and conditions Statement: The undersigned hereby makes application for exhibit space. Booth assignments will not be made until an official copy of the application is received. Note: All conference registrations include free admission to lectures and/or workshops. Exhibit Registration must be received no later than April 17th, 2019. Please complete the following information and return as soon as possible.
Exhibit Setup: Friday April 26th before 12:00 PM.
Exhibit Hours: Friday, April 26th, 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Saturday, April 27th, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Note: the exhibit area must be cleared by 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 27th.
Breaks are Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, lunch, and afternoon.
Each exhibitor will be responsible for package delivery and handling fees, which are NOT included in the CSH exhibitor registration fee. Contact the The Double Tree Hotel in Aurora for exact shipping information.

CSH will continue the “vendo” game again this year. The object is for meeting attendees to visit with each one of the vendors in order to obtain a stamp on a bingo-like card. Fully stamped cards are eligible for prize drawings at the end of the meeting on Saturday. This game has been very successful in the past and is a great opportunity for vendors to interact with all of the meeting attendees. (vendors are encouraged to submit door prizes). Tables will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Please note that when clicking one of the options below a short contact information form will appear prior to the actual vendor registration form. Information from previous exhibitors may already be in our database. Under the Contact Information heading you will see a link labeled - "Have you previously entered your information on our website? Click here to search". When clicking on the search link you will be prompted to enter your email address and first name. If your contact information is found the form will be filled out. Otherwise, info on the contact form will need to be entered manually.
Once the registration form has been completed a payment option screen will appear allowing you to choose credit card, PayPal or check.
Please note that the check payment address listed on the invoice is incorrect.
The address displayed is for registration of meeting attendees and not vendor registrations. This is an unfortunate limitation of our current website.
If you will be paying by check please remit payment to the address below and not the address listed on the invoice.
