The Colorado Society of Histotechnology (CSH) will be hosting the CSH Spring Symposium at the Marriott Hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado. This year the society will be having a two-day meeting on April 4th and 5th, 2020. We would like to invite you and your company to exhibit your services and/or products at the meeting. Members like to compare Pathology and Histology products, systems and services from the leading companies. We would like to meet you and help you support your market, create new contacts, and assist you in introducing your technologies, equipment, and materials to our market. This will help us make better selections for our Laboratories.
Terms and conditions Statement: The undersigned hereby makes application for exhibit space. Booth assignments will not be made until an official copy of the application is received.
Note: Each exhibit booth registration fee includes conference registration for up to three individuals.
Exhibit Registration must be received no later than March 27, 2020. Please complete the following form and return as soon as possible. Tables will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

xhibit Setup: Saturday April 4th, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Exhibit Hours: Saturday, April 4th, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Sunday, April 5th, 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Note: the exhibit area must be cleared by 1:00 PM on Sunday, April 5th.
Breaks are Saturday morning, lunch, afternoon and Sunday morning.
Casino Night will be in the Exhibit Area from 3:30 to 5:30 PM on Saturday April 4th.
Each exhibitor will be responsible for package delivery and handling fees, these are NOT included in the CSH exhibitor registration fee. Contact the Marriott Fort Collins for exact shipping information.

CSH will continue the “vendo” game again this year. The object is for meeting attendees to visit with each one of the vendors in order to obtain a stamp on a bingo-like card. Fully stamped cards are eligible for prize drawings at the Sunday morning break. This game has been very successful in the past and is a great opportunity for vendors to interact with all of the meeting attendees. (vendors are strongly encouraged to submit door prizes).
In addition to the “vendo” game we would like to put together swag bags for the attendees. If you are willing to provide stuff for this please check this box and the Exhibitor Chairperson will contact you.
Vendors are asked to register online at www.coloradohisto.org. Once the registration form has been completed a payment option screen will appear allowing you to choose a payment option.
Note: If you are paying by credit card please select the PayPal payment option and not the credit card option as the built-in credit card processing system for our website has a transaction limit of $500.00. Selecting the PayPal option will take you to our PayPal page where you can pay by credit card and no PayPal account is necessary.

• Manned Vendor Booth - $600.00
Each exhibit booth registration fee includes one 6 foot long table and conference registration for up to three individuals.
• Unmanned Vendor Booth - $300.00
Each unmanned booth includes one 6 foot long table for display of product brochures, catalogs, samples, etc.
Note: The registration form for manned booths and unmanned displays will only list the exhibit hours for Saturday, but the fee also covers the exhibit hours for Sunday too as listed above.
